South Region AGM - 2025

South Region BMX will hold its Annual General Meeting in person on Saturday 24 January 2025, from 2:30pm

ALL DOCUMENTS WILL BE POSTED HERE PRIOR TO THE MEETING; THE MEETING REPORT WILL ALSO BE POSTED HERE AFTER THE MEETING

The AGM and Open Meeting will be held in person. Papers will be posted prior to the AGM, and anyone interested in standing for election should notify southregionbmx@aol.com two weeks before the meeting.

South Region clubs are requested to provide a short, 300 word update on their club’s 2025 season highlights and their plans for 2026 - please use the Google form via the link shared with the club reps group no later than Wednesday 21 January 2026 - this form includes a request for expressions of interest to host a regional round in 2026.

You can register to attend the AGM via your club rep.

Anyone wishing to stand for election and who has already notified South Region BMX will be asked to submit a maximum 300-word personal statement setting out why they would like to be considered.
